PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in Yuba City, Sutter County. The activity is landscaping and constructon of a pedestrian walkway in a 60-foot wide median in the newly constructed extension of Plumas Street between B Street and Franklin Avenue as described in the Central City Specific Plan and Revitalization Strategy. The proposal requests funding for the acquisition and planting of street trees, acquisition and installation of lighting fixtures and construction of a walkway on the unimproved median. This activity is completely within the public right-of-way.
