PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Woodland Bikeway Upgrades and Installations (BUI) project consists of upgrading existing City bikeways to current City and Caltrans standards; repainting and redesigning existing City bikeways; installing new bikeways according to current City and Caltrans standards; and eliminating existing bicycle hazards such as storm drainage grates and culverts along existing and proposed new City bikeways on arterial, collector and local streets.
