PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposed project is located in Nevada County, off Hwy. 20 on Pleasant Valley Road. The site is within the South Yuba River Project, a unit of the California State Park System. The intent of this project is to restore and interpret a significant federally and state listed historic Comstock Era transportation route and facility.
