PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will assist in the rehabilitation of the currently boarded-up Santa Susana Historic Railroad Depot, a 4,650 sq. ft. building located in the unincorporated Santa Susana Knolls area of Ventura County, adjacent to the City of Simi Valley. Rehabilitation will restore the integrity of the exterior of this 1904 structure. Site improvements will facilitate ADA compliance and landscape of the currently unimproved site.
