Graffiti Prevention Program

LOCATION: Santa Ana, California

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Like a virus, the plague of graffiti along California's transportation network infects the aesthetic environment of every resident, commuter, and visitor to California. This proposal will significantly reduce the opportunities available to graffiti vandals through the application of graffiti-resistant coatings and highway planting of walls along the highway. This program includes rehabilitation training "taggers" in vine plant installation.
