PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is a 1.4 acre gateway median planting on the State Conventional Highway, Route 39 (Beach Boulevard). The planting utilizes specimen plantings and serves as northern gateway to the city Entertainment Corridor. The land used is high density commercial entertainment. Beach Boulevard is a high volume intermodal transportation system connector to Route 5 and Route 91.
