PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The gateway planting is a scenic and aesthetic enhancement and beautification of the Route 57/Katella Interchange. The project proposes to construct enhanced landscaping to serve as regional landmark and gateway and to the nearby regional activity centers. The planting will give significant visual recognition and aesthetic enhancement to the Route 57 transportation corridor of the intermodal surface transportation system.
