PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project involves the installation of new a curb and gutter and the reconstruction of the existing brick pavement. Reconstruction will take place on Union Street from 6th Avenue to 10th Avenue, and on 10th Avenue from Union Street to Exchange Street.
