LOCATION: Montgomery County, Maryland

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A 10-foot-wide, 3.4-mile hard paved trail from near Bethesda and Woodmont Avenues to the Washington DC line on the former Georgetown Branch of the B&O Railroad line, and a parallel 4-foot soft-paved trail on approximately 60% of the trail length, was completed in 1993.
