LOCATION: Baltimore, Maryland

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The museum is to conduct a phased engineering design and land acquisition study through which it will make better use one of the most significant railroad sites in the United States. The plan will include recommendations for building adaptation and restoration, multipurpose land use, as well as a short line transportation system of trains and buses to link various museum facilities.
