The key components of the Commuter Choice Conceptual Framework Diagram are the three supporting programs: Enabling Information Marketing and Education, Enabling Financial Mechanisms, and Enabling Technologies; the Situations or Enabling Motivators; and the four commuter choice categories: Mode, Time, Location, and Route.
