Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service provided for DOT employees (except contractors and FAA employees) to request materials not located in the DOT Library collection.

If the material is not in the HQ Library Online Catalog or on the shelves, an information specialist or reference librarian will try to borrow the item from another library.
