One of the largest transportation collections in the United States and one of the two largest academic transportation libraries. The collection is multi-modal, international and interdisciplinary. Collection supports research, teaching and practice for the Institute, the UC system, public employees, and transportation researchers worldwide. Collection includes books, reports, conference proceedings, journals, trade publications and government publications. Include a significant amount of digital resources. Holdings are listed in OskiCat (UC Berkeley catalog), Melvyl (UC system catalog), TLCat and WorldCat. ith an emphasis on highways, urban transportation, traffic engineering, Intelligent Transportation Systems, air transportation and rail. Access is through the University of California's MELVYL on-line catalog.
