The Technical Reference Centre is a source of information for clients involved in the certification and approval of aircraft, manufacturers and maintenance organizations. It houses a specialized collection consisting of manufacturer technical manuals, regulatory documents and magazines in a variety of formats including paper, microfilm, microfiche, and CD-ROM.

They may not be made available to the public without the permission of the manufacturer. Regulatory documents may be made available.
